Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, including FiveM scripts and MLOs, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you purchase and download a product, we cannot provide a refund, exchange, or credit.

This policy is in place because digital goods cannot be “returned” in the same way physical items can. Once the files are downloaded, there is no way for us to guarantee that they have been deleted or are no longer in your possession. This helps us protect our work against piracy and allows us to continue providing high-quality products to the FiveM community.

2. Exceptions to Our Refund Policy

While our policy is strict, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. We may consider a refund at our sole discretion in the following limited cases:

a) Product is Fundamentally Broken If the product you purchased is critically broken or non-functional and does not perform as described on its product page, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify, you must:

  • Contact our support team within [e.g., 3 days] of your purchase.
  • Provide clear evidence of the issue (e.g., screenshots, videos, server logs).
  • Cooperate with our support team to attempt to resolve the issue.

A refund will only be issued if we are unable to provide a fix or a workaround for the critical issue within a reasonable timeframe.

b) Accidental Duplicate Purchase If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will issue a refund for one of the duplicate transactions. To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within [e.g., 3 days] of the duplicate purchase.
  • Provide proof of both transactions (e.g., order numbers, receipts).

3. What is NOT Covered by This Refund Policy

To ensure clarity, the following situations do not qualify for a refund:

  • Change of Mind: You decided you no longer want the product after purchasing it.
  • Lack of Knowledge or Skill: You found the product too difficult to install, configure, or use. We provide documentation and support to help, but we cannot refund based on a user’s technical ability.
  • Conflicts with Other Resources: The product is not working due to conflicts with other third-party scripts, frameworks, or MLOs on your server. Server resource management is the responsibility of the server owner.
  • Failure to Read Product Description: The product does not have a feature you assumed it would have. All features and requirements are clearly listed on the product page.
  • Server Closure or Project Cancellation: You have shut down your FiveM server or decided to stop your project.
  • Purchasing the Wrong Product: You accidentally bought a product intended for a different framework (e.g., buying a QBCore script for an ESX server).

4. How to Request a Refund (for Valid Exceptions)

If you believe your situation falls under one of the valid exceptions listed in Section 2, you must contact us directly through our official support channels:

Please include your Order Number and a detailed description of your issue. Refund requests made through social media, Discord DMs, or other informal channels will not be considered.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute (chargeback) with your bank or payment provider is a serious action. By doing so, you are bypassing our official support and refund process.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, you will be in breach of our Terms & Conditions. This will result in:

  • The immediate and permanent revocation of your product license.
  • Being banned from making any future purchases on [FX STORE].
  • We will vigorously dispute all chargebacks by providing the payment processor with your agreement to these terms, proof of delivery, and all communication records.
