Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How do I install a script or MLO? A: Every product includes a detailed readme.md file with step-by-step installation instructions. Please read this document carefully before starting. For further help, our Product Support Center is available.

Q: Can I use a purchased script on more than one of my servers? A: Our standard license is for use on one (1) FiveM server only. To use a product on multiple servers, you must purchase a separate license for each server. This helps us continue developing quality products. See our Terms of Service for more details.

Q: Do you offer custom script or MLO commissions? A: Our primary focus is on creating and supporting our catalog of products. We are not currently accepting public custom work commissions. However, for large-scale projects, you may send a detailed proposal to [email protected], and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

Q: How do I update my product to the latest version? A: We periodically release updates to fix bugs and add features. You can always download the latest version from the “My Account” section of our website. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter or joining our Discord to be notified of major updates.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards and payments through PayPal, processed securely by Stripe and PayPal.
